Reason Females proceed to Cup Finals.

Yesterday our female team faced the first stages of the RTL cup. They had a fantastic night, winning both games, which has taken them into the Finals.
Vs. nZc [16-11] Vs. Kokaine [15-15] + [3-1 OT]
Their first match was against nZc on de_train. After a stressful start to the day trying to fix a multitude of PC/internet problems, they finally managed to get 5 on the server just in time for this game. With no warmup things looked a little bleak, but they soon got into the swing of things, taking some early rounds as T. Things turned around quickly though, and the score for the first half stood at 10-5. Going into the second half a little skeptical, they managed to secure the CT pistol round, and then kept the momentum going to finish up 11-1, taking the win.
Reason females then faced Kokaine in the Semi-Finals on de_contra. The match started with Reason as CT, and after a tense half, finished 8-7 up, which wasn't as much of a lead as the girls would have liked. However, T side favours Reason on Contra, to which they proceeded to take the pistol round. They were neck and neck to the point of 5-5 when Nalie started lagging and this threw them off a bit, so they relinquished the next few rounds.. leaving Reason at 5-8 down. Kokaine had secured the draw and the pressure was all on us. Fortunately the girls came through and managed to pull it back to 7-8, saving the draw.
Overtime was MR3, 10k startmoney, and Reason started off T with a great first round. With the momentum, the girls managed to convincingly take the first half (after pusekatt got an entrance kill with a glock?!?! Yes, she forgot to buy with 10k.). Swapping back to CT they unfortunatly lost the first round and the team would have known that if the next round was lost, money would be tight. However it wasn't a problem and Reason managed to take the round without too much trouble.
The final will take place on Thursday 18th September at 9 GMT. They face Polarity, a recognised, UK based team.
SourceTV IPs to follow...
We wish the team Good Luck in the final. ...
